AEHS Career Day 2/27/2026

4th Annual AEHS Career Day

This year’s event is scheduled for Friday, February 27, 2026. It is a scheduled early release day for MCPS. Our goal is to have one career day speaker in every class, every period. Speakers do not have to be a degreed professional. We are looking for professionals who are in the military and trades as well.

We are also hopeful to forge partnerships with business people so we can send students to you/them for future internship, school, and employment opportunities.

• HERE is a link to the schedule for the day. The time commitment will be just the AM as this is an Early Release day for MCPS.

• Although we have 7 periods listed, a presenter will only be asked to present for the number of periods they indicated on the interest form.

• We ask that you arrive between 7:00am and 7:30am to ensure you are checked in, escorted to your location, and set up prior to the first presentation.

• Tables will be made available in our main hallway/gym/café for guests during the Career Fair from 11:30am-12:00pm. This is an optional portion of the day. This time is structured so that students can briefly stop by various presenters they may have or have not seen throughout the day. They may come up to meet you, ask questions, etc. This is a great opportunity for you to have flyers/display board, QR codes, etc. available for students.
