In orchestra, students learn how to play the violin, viola, cello, or string bass.  5th grade students have one small group class and one large group class each week. 6-8th grade students meet by grade level for large group orchestra every other day and meet for a small group class once every two weeks.  All orchestra classes occur during school hours.  Various extracurricular offerings or field trips may arise throughout the year.
