MoN Success Class Prayer
Lord, give us new strength so that we can build places of belonging:
To create a community for all to share their gifts, To know that each of us is loved,
To help us to see the light of Christ in all who we serve.
Let us remember that each of us is loved, each of us is willed and each of us is necessary.
May we balance mercy and justice so that we can achieve equity and access for all of Your children. We do this in Your name.
AMEN.
Being a good friend takes skill. People who bully, gossip or treat people unfairly , tend to lack good frienship skills like understanding and appreciating people's differences. Our faith tells us each of us were created with unique gifts and talents and God trusts us to do good things with what he has given us.
What are your gifts and talents? How do you use them?
Knowing our gifts and talents is an important step in developing self awareness. When we are self aware we are better able to be aware of the gifts and talents of others. Self awareness and social awareness are the building blocks of friendship skills.
