After being given a home exercise program, often times students may forget how to perform a specific exercise.
Please refer to the videos on the subpages broken down by body segment.
These are my most commonly prescribed home exercises, but do not represent a comprehensive collection of all of my rehab exercises.
Note: just because an injury may be to one specific area, exercises may be prescribed for other areas of the body that are directly related to the type of injury sustained. For example, you may have a knee injury, but your rigid "big toe" maybe be altering your gate cycle, so some exercises may be for your foot in addition to the knee. Or, your weak lateral hip is contributing to your medial knee pain.
