SDG Project

Welcome to Year 6!

We have had a fantastic week this week settling back into school and finding our feet in Year 6. The children have been learning the expectations and routines of their new class, whilst carrying out an inquiry project. 

Our project has centred around fast fashion, and the children have been learning about the impact of what throwing away good clothing has on the planet. They have proven to be fantastic sewers, demonstrating their ability to take a piece of unwanted clothing and transforming it into a new product!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the children looking super smart in their uniforms, and for ensuring their uniforms are in line with the school policy. We really appreciate your support.
