Scholarships are divided into categories - pay attention to eligibility criteria.

MHS general application forms must include a cover letter & resume! Some scholarships require a copy of your transcript and/or recommendation letters. 

If a scholarship requires its own application form, there will be a .pdf file available to download OR you will be directed to that organization's website on how to apply.
