GoTo Phones

Here are a few of the exciting new features of our new GoTo VoIP Phone System:

• Voicemails will automatically be sent to your Maranacook email account.

• No need to dial 2 before placing a call with your desk phone.  Just dial the number!  This makes us e911 compliant!

• To reach a colleague in another building, just dial their extension!

• There is a softphone feature for teachers, administrators, or secretaries that will allow you to make a phone call using your computer or the GoTo App on your cell phone and the caller ID shows the school you are associated with.  For instance, if you are a high school teacher, the caller ID will have Maranacook HS.  This keeps your personal phone number private if you have to make a call when you are not at school.  You can record your voicemail message from the softphone and even change your ringtone!

• To use the softphone feature go to https://app.goto.com/ . Enter your Maranacook email and click on "Forgot my password"  It will send you a link in your email where you can set your password and log into your account.  Here are directions to Set Up Voicemail.
