Campus Loaner Devices

Campus Loaner Devices:

• Students may be loaned a Chromebook or other device, provided the campus has some available.

  • If a student forgot their device for a day.

  • If a student or campus staff member submits a work order for repair and the repair is NOT intentional damage.

  • If student is waiting for physical police report in the case of a theft.

• Short term loans only. (5-day work week max)

• Use Asset Management (IncidentIQ) to assign devices. Enter a due date to help remind you to collect the device back.

• It will be at the campus’ discretion whether or not to loan a temporary device to a student if this is a second or subsequent repair.
