Our 2-week whole school project around the book ‘Here We Are’ was a great success. Children joined in a range of activities starting with where we are right now, being back in school, after such a long time. Many discussions took place regarding the pros and cons of Covid-19. The children enjoyed looking at our planet, and voiced their concerns with confidence.

In class we created posters to show the importance of our planet, wrote recommendations on how we can make Earth ‘greener’, wrote poems about the sky, researched our class’ inspirational figure - Greta Thunberg, and so much more…
