Our History class blog is a space where we share our ideas, questions, and interpretations about the past. In History, we explore how events, people, and ideas have shaped societies over time, and why these stories still matter today. Through our class blog, we'll practise explaining our thinking, using evidence to support our ideas, and responding thoughtfully to the perspectives of others — skills that sit at the heart of NCEA History.
Think of our class blog as online conversation space. Be respectful and encouraging to your peers.
Always start by saying something positive, acknowledge the question or comment. Share an opinion
Add your thoughts to the question - Why did the 1918 Pandemic spread so quickly internationally? What were the circumstances at that time? What evidence do you have to support your response?
Lastly, can you follow up your response with a reference to another website or article. Alternately, can you pose another question to invite people to carry on the conversation.
