Technical Assistance

Technical Assistance (TA) is the provision of targeted and customized supports by Central Coordination with subject matter and adult learning knowledge and skills.

Objective: Develop and/or strengthen processes, knowledge application, or implementation of services by regional CCR&R Staff for successful implementation of goals (i.e. Recruitment and Retention).

Community of Practices 

A community of practice (CoP) is a group of individuals who share a common concern, a set of problems, or an interest in a topic.

Objective: Come together to fulfill both individual and group goals, share experiences and gain expertise from others.
