9-12 Month Cohort-Style Adult Learning
Essential Fellowship is immersive professional development for early education leaders. It includes 46 hours of Set 2 training, focused on applying learning to your work. The cohort includes 10 monthly small group sessions with 2-3 people who share similar roles. This series necessitates active participation.
The goal is for participants to experience their time together not just as another training, but as a self-reflective journey of leadership growth.
You will learn and explore new approaches for supporting early learning programs with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), leading to positive outcomes for the children in your community.
2025-2026 Cohort is underway and closed to new attendees.
CCR&R Staff interested in joining the 2026-2027 Cohort, please contact CaSandra Zeller zellerc@wou.edu 541-751-4005. Join us for an informational session at the June 2026 Leadership Conference.
