Group Norms (place holder for now)

Members of the Infant and Toddler Community of Practice agree to:

1.  Start and end meetings on time.

2.  Follow a meeting structure and general agenda that will be shared with the members before the meeting begins.

3.  Address issues of access and the challenges of racism and discrimination in our various communities and regions.

4.  Assume positive intent.

5.  Believe the experiences shared by others.

6.  Follow up on previous topics addressed and be accountable.

7.  End the meeting with an action item.
