We are delighted to announce an upcoming 5-day bootcamp titled "Microbiome Data Analysis Bootcamp" scheduled for October 2-4 and 9-10, 2023. This bootcamp is an opportunity to delve into the exploration of microbial communities through high-throughput amplicon sequencing data (e.g. hypervariable region of 16S rRNA gene). You will receive comprehensive instruction, starting from fundamental concepts and technologies for microbiome analysis, software installation, and bioinformatics data analysis, spanning from data preprocessing to downstream analyses and data interpretation. Our experienced staff will provide hands-on guidance throughout the program to ensure your success.
