The work entitled "Comparison of Read-Based and Metagenome Assembled Genome-Based Approaches for Characterizing Microbial Taxonomic Profiles in Sulfate-Rich Wastewater Treatment Systems" presented by Natchaphon Rajudom received the best oral presentation award at bioinformatics and systems biology session, the 34th Annual Meeting of the Thai Society for Biotechnology and International Conference (TSB2022), Bangkok, Thailand. This work was done by Natchaphon Rajudom, Pornpan Panichnumsin, Peerada Prommeeenate, Supapon Cheevadhanarak, and Kanthida Kusonmano*.
The work entitled "Detecting microbial communities and pathogens in Thai broiler gastrointestinal tracts based on high-throughput sequencing" presented by Athisri Sitthipunya received the outstanding oral presentation award at computational biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry and biophysics session, the 25th International Annual Symposium on Computational Science and Engineering, Khon Kaen, Thailand.
