Launch AWS Academy Learner Lab

&& EC2 x Odoo18

1. ตอบรับเข้าใช้งาน AWS Academy ที่อาจารย์ Invited มาก่อนนะครับ

(Accept the invitation from Instructor, Open the URL in FireFox)

2. เข้า Module Launch AWS Academy Learner Lab เพื่อเปิดใช้งาน AWS EC2

(login to the "Launch AWS Academy Learner Lab" Module)

3. รอสักครู่ เพื่อเข้าใช้งาน (ทดสอบใช้งานบน FireFox)

(The system will activate the Learner Lab)

4. เลือก Start Lab โดยจะมี โควตาที่ใช้ได้จาก Learner Lab มี 50$ แสดงอยู่ และปริมาณที่ใช้งานไปแล้ว

(Click "Strat Lab", Your will get AWS Quota 50$)

5. รอสักครู่ให้ สัญลักษณ์ AWS เปลี่ยนจากสีแดง เป็นสีเขียว (ระหว่างทางมีเป็นสีเหลืองก่อน)

(the AWS icon will turn into Green when the system is ready to use)

6. คลิ๊กสัญลักษณ์ AWS จะเปิด PopUp ไปหน้า AWS และเลือก EC2 เพื่อเข้าใช้งาน เปิด Instance ร้างเครื่อง

(Click the AWS icon to Lunch the EC2 in another Tab)

7. ทำการสร้างเครื่อง เพื่อใช้งาน โดยเลือกจาก LUNCH INSTANCE

(Select "Lunch Instance" to create your Virtual Machine)

8. การตั้งค่าที่สำคัญ ชื่อ Instance เลือก OS เป็น Windows Server 2022 Base (Free)

(Named your Instance and Select OS)

9. เลือกขนาดของ Server เป็น t2.medium ถ้าเลือกเล็กกว่านี้ จะตอบสนองช้า ถ้าใหญ่กว่านี้ อาจใช้ได้ไม่นานพอ เครดิตที่ได้มา 50$

(Select your instance type, t2.medium is recomded)

10. สร้าง Keypair จะได้ file .pem Download มาไว้ที่เครื่อง (เก็บไว้ใช้ Login เข้า Remote Desktop)

(create Keypair, RSA for Key pair type and .pem for Private key file format, keep the file for remote login)

11. กำหนดตั้งค่า Network แล้ว LUNCH INSTANCE ได้เลย

(setting your network, Then lunch your Instance)

12. ผลของการสร้าง

(the result will shown)

13. การเข้าใช้งาน ให้เลือก Instanceหรือ Click Instance ID เพื่อเข้าดูรายละเอียดของเครื่อง จากนั้น Connect ที่มุมขวาบน

(select your instance check box or click Instance name/ID , Then click Connect)

14. เลือกการเข้าใช้งานแบบ RDP หรือการใช้ Remote Desktop จากนั้นให้Download Remote Desktop File สำหรับใช้ Connect ไปที่เครื่อง (LAN & WiFi Mahidol ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ต้องใช้ AIS/TrueหรือInternet ที่บ้าน)

Noted: Mahidol Uni. LAN and MU-WiFi, not Support this Function

(Connect to the Instance, Select RDP Client and Download remote desktop file. Then Click "Get password")

ก่อนการเข้าใช้งานทุกครั้งต้องตรวจสอบข้อที่ 2-5 ว่าAWS พร้อมใช้งาน

(Check the AWS status before Remote Access to the server as step #2-5)

15. Password การเข้าใช้งาน ต้องใช้ File .PEM ที่ได้จากการสร้าง Key Pair ในข้อที่ 10 โดยเลือก Username ที่เราจะเข้าใช้ (ในที่นี้ใช้ Administrator) แล้ว Click Get password ในหน้า Connect to Instance ข้อที่ 14

16. ให้ Upload Private key file โดยการเลือก File .PEM จากนั้น Click Decrypt password

(To get The Administrator password of your Instance, use File .PEM (Key Pair from step #10). Upload private key fie and click "Decript password)

17. Password จะแสดงในจุดที่ไฮไลท์ไว้

(The password will shown)

18. การ Remote Desktop ไปยังเครื่องเพื่อเข้ามช้งาน ให้เปิดจาก File RDP ที่ Download มา จากนั้นใช้ Password ที่ได้มจากการ Decrypt ในข้อที่ 17 Login เข้าใช้งาน

ยืนยัน Certificate แล้วเข้าใช้งานได้เลย

(password จะเปลี่ยนทุกครั้ง เมื่อ Session หมดอายุ ต้องทำข้อ 15 16 17 ใหม่)

(Open Remote Desktop File (.rdp) and Login to your Windows

Noted: the session of password may expire, you need to repeat the step #15,16 to generate the new password.

19. ในการเปิดเครื่องครั้งแรกจะใช้เวลาในการตั้งค่าเริ่มต้นประมาณหนึ่ง

19. ตั้งค่าอนุญาติใช้ Remote Desktop หลาย Connection

19.1. เปิด Local group Policy Editor โดยพิมพ์ gpedit.msc ใน Search Box

(put the "gpedit.msc" in Searching Box, then Open the Local group Policy Editor)

19.2. Open The "Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Windows Components >> Remote Desktop Services >> Remote Desktop Session Host >> Connections".
