The Madison Association for Stage Kids, also known as M.A.S.K., is the parent booster organization for the Madison High School drama program in Middletown, OH. Every performance season at Madison we reach out into our wonderful community and surrounding areas in search of generous businesses like yours, who are interested in Sponsoring our students at various levels. All sponsorships come with advertisement at our performances and other various levels of perks including free tickets, cast photos, t-shirts and more.
MASK would like to thank our generous sponsors who supported our Fall production of GET SMART that was performed November 21-23, 2025.
Our incredible program is currently hard at work getting ready for our Spring Musical Into the Woods, which will take the stage April 17-19, 2026, and we need your help. This will be on of our most ambitious endeavors as we prepare for this Broadway classic and its detailed set and costume requirements.
How much does sponsorship cost & why is it important?
Sponsorship opportunities currently run between $250 - $1,250 and cover a wide range of growing expenses from scripts, props, costumes & wigs, furniture to give our sets dimension & personality, lighting & sound equipment rentals, and lumber & paint for set construction to help our shows feel real. On average, and depending on the show, it can cost a school like ours between $5,000 - $15,000 to put on a full scale production from start to finish for our community to come out and enjoy. Ticket sales is the main source of income for the theatre, and - for the most part - that only covers purchasing the performance licenses and scripts from show to show. The funds to cover everything else comes from fundraising and donations, and that's where M.A.S.K. comes in.
We believe theatre (and all the Arts) is incredibly important in the lives of our kids and teaches valuable lifelong skills they will carry with them forever. When you help by sponsoring our program you are impacting the lives of so many kids in a positive way by helping to keep our program growing and maintaining a level of professionalism that pushes them to work harder, dream bigger, and improve year after year.
Below are the different levels of sponsorship & what M.A.S.K. provides your business at each level:
Storyteller Sponsor - $250
Will help provide us with supplies like paint, brushes/rollers and greenery for set design, as well as props for our actors.
PERKS: Half page ad in our Program, a running ad on our lobby screens before/after each performance and during intermission, a social media shoutout with your ad the week of the performance, (2) complementary tickets to a performance and a souvenir Cast Photo.
Magic Maker Sponsor - $500
Will help provide us with quality lumber to build steps, platforms, and other large set pieces that students can safely stand/climb on. May also be used to purchase time-period specific costumes and wigs needed for our current show.
PERKS: Full page ad in our Program, a running ad on our lobby screens before/after each performance and during intermission, a social media shoutout with your ad the (2) weeks leading up to the performance, plus (4) complementary tickets to a performance date of your choice, and a souvenir Cast Photo.
Once Upon a Stage Sponsor - $1250
The most generous, and our most needed level of help. This amount will help fund major production elements, like set backdrops, fog machines and the materials for other special effects, and purchasing the large materials needed to create a stage full of realistic trees and other forest elements—all key features of bringing Into the Woods to life.
PERKS: Full page ad in our Program, a running ad on our lobby screens before/after each performance and during intermission, weekly social media shout-outs with your ad the entire month of November, (8) complementary tickets to a performance date(s) of your choice, recognition on our Theatre Marquee & show t-shirts, a business shoutout during our pre-show announcements each night of the performance, and a souvenir Cast Photo.

How do I provide a Sponsorship?
M.A.S.K. makes sponsoring our program really simple. Just fill out the Google Form below and be sure to select BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP and the level you'd like to sponsor at, then send in payment to the address below. Sponsorships help us greatly with needs that arise while we are still in the rehearsal phase of our production. Because of this we ask that Sponsors try to have their sponsorship payment in no later than March 15, 2026. However, we will accept show-level sponsorships & Program Ad payments through April 1, 2026.
What if M.A.S.K. has already met their fundraising goal for this show?
In the very unlikely event that we reach our fundraising/sponsorship goal for any of our shows, any monies donated to M.A.S.K. would be put 100% towards the next show in our season and so forth. Your generosity to our program is always used 100% towards benefiting Madison Theatre and the students who participate in it.
What if I only want an AD in the Program?
If you are a business owner and cannot take on a sponsorship, but would still like to support our program, AD SPACE ONLY is available for purchase for the SPRING MUSICAL Playbill, please fill out the Google Form at the bottom of this page, select the option for AD SPACE ONLY, and send in payment & art work ASAP, but no later than April 1, 2026.
