下記に所属する医学系の学生・教職員のうち、MyOPAC文献取り寄せサービスを利用することができる身分の方。
UTokyo students/faculty members who belong to the following departments and are eligible to the MyOPAC Delivery Request Service. 

【2025/08/13追記 / Added on August 13, 2025】
医学図書館以外の図書館を窓口（ホームライブラリ）に変更した方は原則対象外となります。
詳しくは「ホームライブラリ変更後の利用」をご覧ください。
Users who have changed their Home Library to a library other than the Medical Library are generally not eligible.

  The University of Tokyo Hospital

• ニューロインテリジェンス国際研究機構
  IRCN: International Research Center for Neurointelligence

• その他、医学部・附属病院の建物内にある研究室等

対象外の方：

• PDF閲覧サービスは、医学図書館以外の図書館・室からの取寄せを含むMyOPAC文献取り寄せサービスの一環です。
  そのため、利用できる範囲が【医学図書館のみ】の方は対象外となります。
  Since this PDF Viewing Service is part of the MyOPAC Delivery Request Service which includes requests from other libraries, users whose access is limited to [the Medical Library Only] are NOT eligible.

取り寄せたい文献が学内にある場合に、PDFファイルで取り寄せることができるサービスです。
It is the service that you can have the articles delivered in PDF files when the materials you need is held in UTokyo libraries. 

PDFファイル閲覧は、MyOPACサービスを利用できる方に限ります。
The PDF viewing service is ONLY for those who have access to the MyOPAC service. 

PDF閲覧はキャンパス内に限ります。リモートアクセスサービス（EZProxy、UTokyo VPN等）経由では、アクセスできません。キャンパスに来られない時は、コピー受取を選択してください。
You can only view the PDF file from the on-campus network, and not from accessing off-campus network, including via the remote access services. If it's difficult to come to the campus, please choose to receive the photocopy. 

PDFは閲覧に限ります。ファイル自体をダウンロードすることはできません。
The PDF file is only for viewing; you cannot download the file itself. 

PDF閲覧サービスを初めて利用する方は、まず、MyOPAC文献取寄せサービスの利用申請を医学図書館のウェブフォームから行ってください。
If you have never apply for the PDF Viewing Service, please apply from our web form to register for the Application for MyOPAC Delivery Request Service. 

一度利用申請をしていただくと、PDF閲覧サービスが「MyOPAC」から利用できるようになります。
Once you complete the application, you will be able to apply for the PDF Viewing Service from "MyOPAC". 

教職員で図書館の利用が初めての方は、先に利用登録をお願いします。
If you are a faculty member and are using the UTokyo library for the first time, please complete the application for using the libraries first. 

著作権法上可能な範囲内での複写をお申し込みください。複写にかかる著作権上の責任は申込者に帰属します。
Your request must comply with the Japanese copyright law, and an applicant takes full responsibility.

例えば、図書１冊丸ごとの複写はできません。貸出をご検討ください。
For example, photocopying all the pages in one book is not permitted. Please consider to borrow the book instead. 

PDFファイル閲覧は、MyOPACサービスを利用できる方に限ります。
The PDF viewing service is ONLY for those who have access to the MyOPAC service. 

図書館の利用登録の際に「あなたが入館・貸出できる図書館は【医学図書館のみ】」と案内された方は対象外です。

PDFは閲覧に限ります。ファイル自体をダウンロードすることはできません。
The PDF file is only for viewing; you cannot download the file itself. 

PDF閲覧はキャンパス内に限ります。リモートアクセスサービス（EZProxy、UTokyo VPN等）経由では、アクセスできません。

OPACで「PDF申込」ボタンが表示される資料が対象です。申込ボタンの表示がない資料は申込できません。
Only the materials for which the "PDF" button is displayed on the OPAC are eligible for this service.  You cannot apply for the materials without the button. 

下記に所属する医学系の学生・教職員のうち、文献取り寄せサービスを利用することができる身分の方

以下に該当する方はMyOPACサービスのご利用ができないため、対象外です：
Those who apply to the following conditions are not eligible for this service: 

• 図書館の利用登録の際に「あなたが入館・貸出できる図書館は【医学図書館のみ】」と案内された方
  Those who were told to be noted on library use registeration that "the library you can enter and check out materials from is only the [Medical Library]"

• 附属図書館利用証の券面に【医】のスタンプがある方
  Those whose library ID card has the [医] mark on it

取り寄せたい文献が学内にある場合に、PDFファイルで取り寄せることができるサービスです。
