Hello Students! I am so excited to have you in Yearbook this year! We are going to have a great experience and produce an amazing book! This week, we are going to practice team building skills and get to know each other. We will also create a mission statement for our book, sign up for jobs, review the class procedures and materials, and on Friday we will take photos of the student and staff barbecue. Below is a list of suggested class materials. I would like you to have them by Monday, August 24th. Thank you!

Recommended Materials:

• Number two pencils and pens for interviewing and note taking

• Highlighters in different colors

• A composition notebook with college rule

• Your computer, charged and ready to use

• Your AEW organizer to write your homework down!

Please review the attached parent letter with your parent or guardian and complete a "Getting to Know you" form during class where you can sign up for a class position. Thanks and have a great first week of school!
