Documents Lowndes High School can provide:

ADAP Certificate

The Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program is taught in Health and ROTC.


Georgia DDS Certificate of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance is available through the LHS Main Office.

The form must be notarized by an authorized school employee and is valid for 30 days.


Driver's Education Certificate

Students must successfully complete the Driver's Education course.

Students must be 15 years of age and hold a valid Instructional Permit to take the course.


Instructional Permit (Class CP) - Applicant must be at least 15 years of age.
