Dear LOINS Families,
As we approach the final week before the Eid Al-Fitr break, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a blessed continuation of Ramadan. May this holy month bring you and your loved ones peace, reflection, and togetherness.
In this edition of our newsletter, we highlight important updates, including upcoming events, student achievements, and a special reminder about the Parent Perception Survey: School Climate and Environment which was sent to your Edunation accounts. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance the school experience for our students and families. We encourage you to take a few moments to complete it and share your insights.
Wishing you and your families a joyous and blessed Eid filled with happiness, gratitude, and cherished moments. We look forward to welcoming our students back refreshed and energized after the break.

مع حلول الأسبوع الأخير قبل عطلة عيد الفطر المبارك ، يسرنا أن نتقدم لكم بأسمى التهاني و أطيب التمنيات ، راجين لكم مواصلة شهر رمضان الكريم بكل خير و بركة ، و آملين أن يحمل هذا الشهر الفضيل لكم و لأحبائكم أجواء السكينة و التأمل و التواصل .

Parent Perception Survey
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the overall experience for our students, we are requesting your feedback through the Parent Perception Survey (also known as the Climate Survey). Your insights are invaluable in helping us better understand how we can enhance our school community and support the growth and development of every child.
The survey will take just a few minutes to complete and will provide us with important information about your experiences and perceptions of our school’s climate, communication, and overall environment.

End of Year and Return Dates for Students نهاية العام الدراسي و مواعيد عودة الطلاب
In response to the numerous requests we have received from parents regarding an early conclusion to the school days before the Eid al-Adha vacation, and recognizing that this adjustment is supported by the majority of our community, please take note of the following important dates and reminders:
استجابةً للطلبات المتعددة التي تلقيناها من أولياء الأمور بخصوص إنهاء الأيام الدراسية قبل عطلة عيد الأضحى، ومع إدراكنا أن هذا التعديل يحظى بدعم غالبية مجتمعنا، نود تذكيركم بالتواريخ والتفاصيل المهمة التالية:
Ramadan Special رمضان كريم
Ramadan Simulation محاكاة الإفطار الرمضاني
In a beautiful Ramadan atmosphere, the students participated in a simulation of Iftar, which added a touch of spirituality and joy to their day. The students listened to the sound of the Adhan (call to prayer). Then, they participated in reciting the Iftar prayer and had dates and milk experiencing the details of the usual Ramadan days. This experience was an opportunity to learn about the importance of Ramadan, the values of solidarity, spirituality, and the traditions that distinguish this holy month.
في أجواء رمضانية جميلة، قام المتعلمون بتجربة محاكاة إفطار شهر رمضان المبارك ، مما أضفى على يومهم لمسة من الروحانية والبهجة حيث ،وفي البداية استمع المتعلمون إلى صوت الآذان. ثم شاركوا في ترديد دعاء الإفطار وفهم قيمة الدعاء في حياتهم اليومية. وبعدها، تناول المتعلمون التمر واللبن، والذي كان له نكهة خاصة،و كأنهم يعيشون اللحظات الرمضانية بكل تفاصيلها. كانت هذه التجربة فرصة للتعلم عن قيم هذا الشهر الفضيل ، وعن معنى التضامن، والروحانيات، والعادات التي تميز هذا الشهر الكريم.

MS and HS MAP Testing الاختبارات المعيارية :المرحلة المتوسطة و الثانوية
We have successfully commenced the second round of MAP testing for our students. During the month of March, we completed the testing for our Kindergarten and Elementary students.
As we approach the upcoming Eid al-Fitr vacation , we will be preparing to move forward with MAP testing for our Middle and High School students once we return. This next phase will be crucial in tracking the growth and learning needs of our older students as we continue to support their academic development.
Thank you all for your tireless efforts in ensuring that the testing process runs smoothly.
لقد بدأنا بنجاح المرحلة الثانية من تنفيذ الاختبارات المعيارية لطالباتنا . خلال شهر مارس تمكنا من إتمام اختبارات مرحلة رياض الاطفال والمرحلة الابتدائية ، ومع اقتراب عطلة عيد الفطر المبارك نستعد للانتقال إلى اختبارات المرحلة المتوسطة و الثانوية بعد العودة . تعد هذه المرحلة محورية في متابعة تطور طالباتنا الأكبر سنًا ، وتحديد احتياجاتهم التعليمية ، و مواصلة دعم مسيرتهم الأكاديمية نشكر الجميع على جهودهم وحرصهم على ضمان سير الاختبارات المعيارية بسلاسة و نجاح .

Our Parents Meeting 3 was a smooth event, and it marked the final meeting of this academic year. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff for their tireless efforts in making this event happen and for their continuous support throughout the year.
A special thank you also goes to our engaged community, whose participation and feedback have been invaluable.

Saudi Founding Day يوم التأسيس السعودي
At LOINS , we celebrated Saudi Founding Day with great enthusiasm and pride, honoring the rich history and heritage of Saudi Arabia.
The event featured a series of educational and cultural activities that allowed students, teachers, and staff to explore and appreciate Saudi Arabia's historical significance. Activities included traditional music and dance performances, showcasing the Kingdom’s cultural diversity.
Throughout the day, the school was adorned with beuatiful decorations, symbolizing the beautiful heritage of Saudi Arabia. Students, dressed in traditional attire and learnt about the values that the Kingdom upholds, such as unity, pride, and progress.

On Saudi Flag Day, our staff and students celebrated the green flag that represents the Kingdom's enduring values, including unity, pride, and the vision of its leaders.
As we honor this special day, we extend our warmest wishes to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wishing it continued prosperity, peace, and wisdom.

100 Days of School مئة يوم دراسي
We are excited to share that we recently celebrated the 100th day of school with a fun and engaging event! Students attended school wearing customized "100 Days of School" t-shirts or embraced the theme by dressing up as "older" versions of themselves, bringing a lot of joy and creativity to the day.
In addition to the fun outfits ,various activities were implemented in the classroom to mark the occasion. These activities allowed students to celebrate their growth and progress while reinforcing important academic concepts in a fun and interactive way.
A big thank you to all the teachers and staff for your creativity and effort in making the 100th day of school such a memorable experience for our students!
نحن متحمسون لمشاركة خبر احتفالنا مؤخرًا بمرور مئة يوم في المدرسة، و الذي تم تنظيمه من خلال فعالية استثنائية و مليئة بالإثارة ! حيث حضر الطلاب صباحًا إلى المدرسة Kوهم يرتدون قمصان مخصصة تحمل شعار "100 يوم من المدرسة" أو بالتعبير عن الموضوع بارتداء ملابس تمثل "مراحل عمرية أكبر " منهم، مما أضاف الكثير من الفرح والإبداع لهذا اليوم.
بالإضافة إلى الأزياء المميزة، تم تنفيذ العديد من الأنشطة في الفصول الدراسية Kللاحتفال بهذه المناسبة. أتاحت هذه الأنشطة للطلاب الاحتفال بنموهم وتقدمهم، بينما تم تعزيز المفاهيم الأكاديمية المهمة بطريقة ممتعة وتفاعلية.
شكر كبير لجميع المعلمات والموظفين على إبداعهم وجهودهم في جعل هذا اليوم تجربة لا تُنسى لطلابنا!
Health Awareness Session الجلسة التوعوية الصحية
Our recent Health Awareness Session, led by our school nurse was both informative and engaging! Our nurse focused on the importance of personal hygiene, sharing valuable tips and practices to maintain good hygiene habits. The session provided students with practical knowledge on how to stay clean and healthy, encouraging them to adopt better hygiene routines in their daily lives.
كانت جلسة التوعية الصحية الأخيرة التي قدمتها ممرضة المدرسة، مليئة بالمعلومات المفيدة والقيمة! ركزت السيدة تاتيانا على أهمية النظافة الشخصية، وشاركت نصائح وممارسات قيمة للمحافظة على عادات نظافة جيدة. قدمت الجلسة للطلاب معرفة عملية Kحول كيفية البقاء نظيفين وأصحاء، وشجعتهم على تبني روتين صحي أفضل في حياتهم اليومية.
MMR Vaccination اللقاح الثلاثي الفيروسي
As part of a prevention campaign, Ministry of Health (MOH) specialists attended on LOINS premises to administer the MMR vaccine to students whose parents provided their consent.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone involved in organizing this effort, from the planning stages to its successful implementation. Your coordination and hard work have made a significant difference in the health and well-being of our students.
Additionally, we appreciate the trust and support of the parents who gave their consent for their children to receive the vaccine at LOINS.
Together, we are making significant progress inpromoting the well-being of our students.

كجزء من حملة وقائية، حضر مختصو وزارة الصحة إلى مقر مدارس واحة العلم العالمية ، لتقديم لقاح الحصبة والنكاف والحصبة الألمانية (MMR) للطلاب الذين قدم أولياء أمورهم موافقتهم.
نتوجه بالشكر الجزيل لكل من شارك في تنظيم هذه الجهود، بدءًامن مرحلة التخطيط إلى التنفيذ الناجح. لقد كان لتنسيقكم وعملكم الجاد أثر كبيرفي تعزيز صحة ورفاهية طلابنا.
كما نقدر ثقة ودعم أولياء الأمور الذين قدموا موافقتهم، لتلقي أطفالهم اللقاح في مدارس واحة العلم العالمية .

Sustainability Initiative مبادرة الاستدامة
This month, our Sustainability Team launched a new initiative featuring a Recycled Art Contest! This contest aims to promote environmental awareness while encouraging creativity among our students. It's a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their artistic skills using recycled materials, and to think about how we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.
Students have begun bringing recycled materials from their home and collecting it in special boxes at school. Items included:
Plastic bottles and caps
Egg cartons
Popsicle sticks
Paper
Tissue and paper towel rolls
Cardboard
After the vacation, students will have the chance to use these materials to create artistic pieces within their house groups. The house that creates the most creative and sustainable artwork will be named "The Most Sustainable House of the Month."
We are excited to see the innovation and creativity our students will bring to this contest, and we look forward to celebrating their contributions to both art and sustainability!
A special shout out goes to our sustainability leads for their innovative ideas and continued efforts to sustainability!
هذا الشهر، أطلق فريق الاستدامة لدينا مبادرة جديدة تتضمن مسابقة الفن المعاد تدويره! تهدف هذه المسابقة إلى زيادة الوعي البيئي وتعزيز الإبداع بين طلابنا. إنها فرصة رائعة للطلاب لاستعراض مهاراتهم الفنية باستخدام المواد المعاد تدويرها، وللتفكير في كيفية مساهمتنا جميعًا في بناء مستقبل أكثر استدامة.

نحن متحمسون لرؤية الابتكار والإبداع الذي سيقدمه طلابنا في هذه المسابقة، ونتطلع للاحتفال بمساهماتهم في مجالي الفن والاستدامة!

This platform has become an essential tool for enhancing their reading habits, encouraging a love for literature, and improving their overall academic performance. Through Kutubee, students have access to a wide range of books that cater to different interests and reading levels, fostering both learning and personal growth. The growing participation and enthusiasm for reading demonstrate the positive impact of digital tools in nurturing a culture of knowledge and intellectual curiosity.
