It is crucial to do warm-ups to prepare your body to train at the highest level.
Prior to strength training, conditioning, speed training, or agilities, complete the following Dynamic Warm Up. Doing so will prepare you for the following:
Prepare major joints for activity.
Increase the body’s internal body temperature.
Protect against injury by improving range of motion within muscle and joints.
Mentally prepare an athlete for the training that is about to be done.
Preheat the muscles to obtain maximum benefits from pre-workout stretch/warm-up
Increases blood flow which increases oxygen supply.
Stimulate central nervous system
Reduces the time of motor reactions.
Improves coordination which improves motor performance.
