The Lodi Blue Devils Strength and Conditioning program is built upon a student-led training program that will make student-athletes stronger, faster, and more flexible as quickly as possible in the safest way.
Off-Season
Athletes train 3-4 days a week during the off-season, focusing on developing the total athlete and meeting the athlete's needs for each sport they participate in.
In-Season
Athletes train 2-3 days a week during the in-season with the primary focus on maintaining and building on strength, power, flexibility, and injury prevention.
