Thunder In The Hills Drumline Contest - September 16th

Itenerary:

6:00 AM - Band Hall Opens

7:00 AM - Call Time - Grab contest uniform

7:30 AM - Depart from LHS to Dripping Springs High School

9:00 AM - Approximate arrival at Dripping Springs High School

• Check in and unload trailer

9:20 AM - Move to warm-up lot C

9:30 AM - Warm-up begins - Lot C

10:35 AM - Move to stadium

10:40 AM - Ready at gate

10:45 AM - Performance time - Upside Down 

11:00 PM - Performance concludes/exit field

• Return to truck/bus - load/change

- Lunch

12:30 PM - Head back into stadium to watch remaining performances

3:00 PM - Sections leaders will head to meeting area for awards ceremony

3:30 PM - Intermediate Awards

–At the conclusion of awards we will load the bus and depart Dripping Springs High School to LHS

5 PM - Approximate arrival time at LHS

–unload the trailer

-hang up uniforms

-dismissed
