Production Roles

ProPresenter

check all slides and images for content, accuracy, and formatting
review message notes with communicator
edit and run all song lyrics for the worship service
run all speaker notes, title slides, and related on-screen graphics

Light Operator

operate lighting board for rehearsal and service
Be aware of all transitions

Sound

prepare and test all equipment required for the worship service
confirm sound checks for communicator, musicians, sketches, playback sources as needed
Make sure recording equipment is ready
Make sure live stream is ready
critical listening of all audio elements

Stage Manager

oversees all activities on the stage and controls the flow of traffic from the back of the stage
keeps backstage orderly and safe
assist producer in completing tasks as assigned
moves speaker props, visual aids, mics, staging, etc on and off stage when needed
act as liaison between musicians, speaker and producer

Producer

leads the Production Team
cues the different production elements during service
makes sure the service and rehearsal are on schedule
