Hey there, and welcome to the Life Safety Team! 🎉Â
We’re absolutely thrilled to have you on board. Your role is crucial, and I mean crucial, in making Sundays a place where people can experience God without any distractions or worries. You’re like the behind-the-scenes heroes that help everyone feel safe enough to let their guard down and worship freely. Pretty cool, huh?
This page will be your go-to resource for the all procedures, training and resources that you need to as you serve on the Life Safety Team!
WHAT WE DO:
You’ll be the ones keeping an eye out, making sure the environment is safe for everyone to experience the service. That could mean everything from monitoring the room for anything that might go wrong, to lending a hand to someone who needs it, to jumping into action if there’s an emergency. But it’s not just about being safe—it’s about creating an atmosphere where people can connect with God without thinking twice about the details around them.
OUR TEAM MISSION:
At LVC, we’ve got one big thing we’re after: helping everyday people learn how to follow Jesus. And here’s the kicker—you’re a huge part of that. You’re helping to create an environment where people can come in, leave their worries behind, and focus on the only thing that matters: learning to follow Jesus. You’re literally setting the stage for lives to be transformed.
OUR VALUES:
Eyes Wide Open: We’re always looking out for people, not just the ones who need help, but the ones who might need a hand with something as simple as holding the door. We’re here to serve and protect, and that means keeping our eyes peeled for opportunities to make a difference.
Stay Cool: When things get intense, we stay cool. You won’t just be the ones who take action in a crisis, you’ll be the ones who keep everyone calm and collected, knowing that God’s got this—and so do we.
Serving with Joy: Jesus came to serve, and we get to do the same. We’re not just here for safety’s sake; we’re here to love and care for others like He did. Your service is more than just keeping people safe—it’s showing them the love of Jesus in action.
Team Spirit: We’re all in this together. You won’t have to do this alone, and we’re not just a team; we’re a family. Whether you’re standing by the door or helping with a situation, we’ve got each other’s backs.
We’re so glad you’re here. You’re making an incredible impact on our church and on everyone who walks through those doors. By making sure everyone feels safe and secure, you’re giving them the freedom to engage with God in ways they might not have been able to otherwise.
So let’s go out there, make it happen, and serve with joy. People are going to experience life-changing moments because of what you’re doing. And that’s something to be proud of!
Welcome to the team!
