ENVIRONMENTS

We create environments that are conducive to the work of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of everyday people. Intentionally crafted and thoughtfully lead environments will create an atmosphere where people can connect with Jesus. An environment is not just a location or room but can be thought of as the conditions and influences that affect the growth, health, progress, etc., of people.

We create a healthy and effective ministry culture by embracing an agreed-upon standard of excellence. By defining what a LVC environments look like we can ensure staff members and volunteers can successfully engage and accomplish our church's mission and vision.

• Engaging presentations secure an audience's attention
