Google Forms allows users to create and analyze surveys and quizzes. Results are recorded instantly in various formats including by individual response and at a glance with charts and graphs to aggregate all responses. Responses can also be pushed out to a Google Sheet for further data sorting.

There are 3 ways to start a new Google Form:
Apps menu > select Forms
Google Drive > click "New" > click "Google Forms" > Blank doc or Template
Go to forms.google.com
Name your new form & enter a description. Notice “all changes saved in Drive”
