Earlier this year, a ten year old boy named Alex Jacquot reached out to Qantas - Australia's largest airline. The subject matter was serious. With the help of a schoolmate, Jacquot had decided to start his own airline - Oceania - and was looking for advice. He penned a letter describing the work they had done, the equipment they would need, and their plans for the future of the community. They sent it off, hoping for the best, but not realistically expecting a response. In short time, the letter ended up in the hands of Alan Joyce, the CEO for Qantas.
