On the surface, teamwork and collaboration are similar concepts. You can collaborate with peer or a colleague, but you exhibit teamwork as part of a group. Often, the things we do to demonstrate these skills would fit under either one of these scenarios. Generally, we're expected to try our best, do our share of the work, and find ways to contribute with specific skills and abilities.
These concepts are more easily applied when the people working together are able to trust each other. That they can depend on one another for support. At Muskoka, it's more than just quantity and quality of the work that's produced.
It's about the safety of the people we're working with.
