Your School Counselor will post their Calendly link early in the School Year for students to schedule their 12th grade post-secondary meeting to review and process application needs. Please be sure to review the resources linked below for more detailed information on our procedures and timelines. Students should schedule meetings with their school counselor and Ms. Rothman as needed based on their program and application deadlines.
Students and parents are required submit a Class of 2026 LHS College Blanket Authorization Form in order for any materials to be submitted by LHS to any post-secondary programs (colleges, universities, trade schools, transition programs, etc.). This is what grants us permission to send your personal information to parties outside of LHS. This form is specific to each class, therefore, if you are NOT in the Class of 2026, please do not complete the form linked above.
