When the College Full Access role is assigned to a college agency user account, the fields included on the integration/import files to create LACES records are read only and cannot be manually edited, EXCEPT for the staff records and the race fields in the student record.
Read only fields must be updated in the ctcLink record in order to update the LACES record on a subsequent integration/import file.
Dropped students
The Enrollment integration allows the enrollment record to be created when the student enroll status is Dropped, where the drop occurred after the student’s enroll date but before the class start date.
For example, a student enrolled on 1/31/2024 in a class that was scheduled to start on 3/25/2024.
The student dropped the class on 2/28/2024, prior to the class start date. The student enrollment was created with the Enroll Status of Dropped, and the drop date added to the enrollment End Date.
