In WA, a student's Enrolled Credits count toward eligibility to posttest and need to be entered in the student's Enrollment record.
The easiest way to enter the Enrolled Credits is in the Class record so they can be entered for all of the students in the class at once.
Once the class has been created and the students have been enrolled, go to the Enrollment tab of the class record.Â
Click the "Update Enrollment" button above the enrollment grid.
In the upper portion of the screen, put a check in the box at the upper left corner of the grid to select all students enrolled in the class.
This will then populate the lower half of the screen with the enrollment data for the selected students.
In the Enrolled Credits column, enter the number of Enrolled Credits for each student.
Click "Save."
If you need to enter Enrolled Credits for a single student in a class rather than for an entire class, you can do so from either the Student record > Enrollments tab or Class record > Enrollment tab.
Go to either the Student record > Enrollments tab or Class record > Enrollment tab.
Click the edit icon to the right of the record that needs to have Enrolled Credits entered or double-click the record to open the edit window.
In the Edit window, enter the Enrolled Credits.
Click "Save."
