We understand that being an Ambassador, while joyful and uplifting, can also be emotional and difficult at times. This form is a safe and confidential place for you to share your feelings and communicate with the Lipstick Angels team at our headquarters. 

Your program Manager is always available as well. We want you to feel comfortable in any capacity to share any issues or concerns you may be having while dealing with patients (or any other situation involving your Ambassadorship with our organization).
