BEGINNING OF YOUR SHIFT:
Sanitary Procedures
All products and kit items must be wiped down with alcohol or hospital-grade wipes before, during and after every shift. This includes the Lipstick Angels cart, as well as the outside of skincare and makeup bottles. This protocol is crucial for maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards, and is in the best interest of both patients and Ambassadors.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PLACE 5-6 TOWELETTES INTO THE WARMER IN YOUR STARTING INFUSION AREA AND TURN IN ON.
WHEN YOU FINISH IN YOUR FIRST AREA, BE SURE TO TAKE ANY UNUSED TOWELETTES OUT AND TURN OFF THE WARMER. (WHEN YOU VISIT YOUR SECOND AREA, YOU CAN PUT ANY UNUSED TOWELETTES IN THE WARMER, TURN IT ON, AND USE FOR PATIENTS IN YOUR SECOND LOCATION.)
AFTER YOUR SHIFT:
MAKE SURE THE TOWEL WARMERS ARE TURNED OFF
CLEAN KIT (WIPE DOWN BOTTLES, INSIDE OF CAPS, COMPACTS, SHADOW PALETTES, SHARPEN ALL PENCILS)
WIPE INSIDE OF CADDIES AND CART
RESTOCK:
LIP PRODUCTS, GIFT PRODUCTS, GIFT BAGS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, BUSINESS CARDS, AROMATHERAPY JARS, TOWELETTES, EYEBROW PENCILS & STENCILS, AND MASSAGE OIL
MAKE SURE YOU:
SIGN PATIENT LOG/MAKE ANY NOTES FOR THE PROGRAM MANAGER-THINGS NEEDED, FEEDBACK ABOUT YOUR DAY, ETC.
