COVID SAFE PROTOCOLS
BEGINNING OF YOUR SHIFT:
Sanitary Procedures
All products and kit items must be wiped down with alcohol or hospital-grade wipes during and after every shift. This protocol is crucial for maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards, and is in the best interest of both patients and Ambassadors.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PLACE 6 TOWELETTES INTO THE WARMER IN YOUR INFUSION AREA AND TURN ON.
WHEN YOU FINISH IN YOUR FIRST AREA, BE SURE TO TAKE ANY UNUSED TOWELETTES OUT AND TURN OFF THE WARMER. (WHEN YOU VISIT YOUR SECOND AREA, YOU CAN PUT ANY UNUSED TOWELETTES IN THE WARMER, TURN IT ON, AND USE FOR PATIENTS IN YOUR SECOND LOCATION.)
AFTER YOUR SHIFT:
MAKE SURE THE TOWEL WARMERS ARE TURNED OFF
SANITIZE KITS (WIPE DOWN BOTTLES, INSIDE OF CAPS ETC)
WIPE INSIDE OF CADDIES AND CART
RESTOCK:
LIP PRODUCTS, GIFT PRODUCTS, GIFT BAGS, BUSINESS CARDS, AROMATHERAPY CONTAINERS WITH LABEL AND COTTON BALL, TOWELETTES, EYEBROW PENCILS & STENCILS, HAND MOISTURIZER, AND ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED FOR YOUR KIT.
MAKE SURE YOU:
COMPLETE PATIENT LOG/INCLUDE ANY NOTES FOR THE PROGRAM MANAGER-THINGS NEEDED, FEEDBACK ABOUT YOUR DAY, ETC.
IF YOU BORROWED AN APRON KINDLY LEAVE IN THE CABINET.
LOCK THE CABINET AND GIVE KEY TO RECEPTIONIST AND RETURN CART
REPORT YOUR HOSPITAL HOURS AT THE END OF YOUR SHIFT BY USING THE COH PORTAL.
