In conjunction with the School of Physician Assistant Studies, Lipscomb University is dedicated to the security and personal safety of all PA students in all locations where instruction occurs. As such, the program has defined standards and reporting procedures for clinical year students.
All clinical sites are initially evaluated for security and personal safety concerns via initial application and subsequent updates every three years thereafter. Additionally, the program evaluates security and personal safety on an ongoing basis at the beginning of each SCPE with the Site Safety Survey and again at the completion of each rotation via the Student Evaluation of Site and Preceptor.
