Standard 

All prospective and enrolled Physician Assistant (PA) students must complete the full curriculum as established and sequenced. The program does not grant advanced placement, transfer credit, or credit for experiential learning within the PA curriculum for prior academic or clinical experience. 

Associated ARC-PA Standard (A3.12c): The program publishes, consistently applies, and makes readily available to enrolled and prospective students any admission and enrollment practices that address awarding or granting advanced placement.

Provisions

1. Curriculum Completion: Complete all didactic and clinical courses as sequenced and prescribed by the PA program.

2. Course Substitution & Advanced Standing: Do not use prior healthcare experience, professional certifications, or prior academic coursework to substitute for any required PA program courses or clinical rotations. The program does not grant advanced placement, transfer credit, or credit for experiential learning within the PA curriculum under any circumstances.

3. Prerequisite Exceptions & Transcript Review: Program personnel will review official transcripts during the application process and onboarding requirements to verify prerequisite completion. Students may use Advanced Placement (AP) and College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) scores solely to satisfy the undergraduate psychology admission prerequisite prior to matriculation, provided these scores are clearly verifiable on their official transcripts.
