There are many community agencies in our region that you may find supportive and useful as you plan for life beyond school. Here is a document that contains a number of these community agencies. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list and should you require more information we encourage you to reach out to the community agency directly.

Family Support workers are available during the day or evening depending on the family’s needs and can meet at your home, our office or a mutually agreed upon location.
