I am a peer mentor, community educator, & yoga & meditation teacher who strives to create safe(r) spaces for joyful movement & practical stillness for all individuals. My approach is grounded in self-empowerment & anti-diet principles. I use my lived experience as a fat, white, autistic, agender, queer, disabled spoonie and singleton with ADHD to support others on their own journeys.

Living with several chronic physical & mental illnesses, including autoimmune & endocrine diseases, depression, anxiety, & suicidal thoughts, I understand the importance of self-care & the challenges that can come with managing health & wellness. As a certified Peer Recovery Supporter & Alternatives to Suicide Facilitator, I bring a wealth of knowledge & understanding to my work with others including facilitating supportive ally & inclusion/accessibility workshops.

Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, I practiced yoga off & on for over 15 years. During that time I was diagnosed with several chronic illnesses & eventually found solace in a consistent practice of meditation & breathwork. Today, whether through yoga/meditation, peer mentoring, or a combination of both, I help my clients create their own path to empower themselves.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy exploring my creative side as a wannabe chef & artist, all while being a servant to my feline master, affectionately known as #AssholeCat.
