HOW IT WORKS?

Do you ever know the mechanisms which we come across in our day-to-day life? If not get a chance out here!

• A team should consist of minimum 2 and maximum 3 members.
• The members of the team need not to be from same college.
• There will be totally three rounds.

PRELIMS:

• Identify and write the mechanism involved in the component displayed.
• Top 10 teams will be selected for the next round.
• Duration of slides will be 1 minute.
• The total duration of the round will be 15 minutes

ROUND 1:

• The team will be given a component or mechanism.
• One member for that team has to act the given mechanism.
• And the other team members have to find that mechanism. (Like damsharas)
• Each team will have different set questions based upon lots.
• Each team will be given 2 minutes time.
• Top 6 teams will be selected for the next round based on the minimum time taken by the teams.
• The team which cannot find the given component in the given time they are eliminated.
• The total duration of the round will be 20 minutes

ROUND 2(FINAL):

• The teams will be given a dismantled component and they have to assemble it.
• Each team will be given 15 minutes time.
• Winners will be the team which finishes first.
• If no team has finished, the team which finished the most will be considered.
• The total duration of the round will be 15 minutes

• Usages of electronic gadgets are prohibited.
• In round 1 the person who is acting should not open this mouth or show the words in signals.
• In round 1 except the playing team the other teams should be silent.
• The decision of event coordinators will be final.
