On May 29, 2024, we will host our Summer Learning Conference. This day will be filled with choice sessions with many of our Liberty Hill ISD teachers leading and learning from each other. All of these sessions will take place at Liberty Hill High School.
Registration
Your official registration for the Summer Learning Conference will be through Eduphoria. Registration link can be found below.

Food
Coffee will be available in the morning.
Breakfast: A light breakfast WILL BE provided free of charge!
Lunch: A Pizza Lunch WILL BE provided free of charge!
Childcare
Childcare will be provided for presenters and participants during Summer Learning Conference for PK - 5th grade.
To customize your conference schedule, you will use our Sched App.

Directions for computer use
Go to https://lhisdsummerlearningconferen.sched.com/
Click SIGN-UP (upper right corner of your screen).
Click Sign In with your Google Account and select your google account.
Once you have logged in with your Google Account, you will see the Summer Learning Conference homepage.
Scroll through the session titles and hover over it with your cursor to bring up the description.
Explore the site by clicking on the colored categories & filters to the right, the “Speakers” tab in the toolbar above the session list, and by typing in keywords in the search box in the upper right.
Directions for mobile App
Go to the app store on your iPhone Google Play Store on your Android and search for SCHED
Search bar to type in “LHISD”
Click on LHISD Summer Learning Conference
Click on the My Account icon in the bottom right of the screen and select Sign In
If you have not already created an account, you will click “Sign Up” instead.
Use your Liberty Hill email address and password
Click on the Schedule icon at the bottom left of the screen to view the Sessions
Click on the session title for more information
Click on the Add to my Sched
Click on My Sched at the top of the screen to view your choices
Flex Day Information
Teacher Flex Day Information: (For the 2024-2025 school year, all teachers are required to complete one flex day over the summer.)
Participants who are selected to present at the Summer Learning Conference will receive one Flex Day. Presenters are encouraged to attend sessions when they are not presenting.
Participants who attend May 29 of the Summer Learning Conference will receive one Flex Day.
The approved Flex Day will replace May 29, 2025.
