The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a series of aptitude tests that evaluates developed abilities in order to predict future academic and professional success in the military.
The ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) can help nearly all students, whether they plan to work straight out of high school or pursue higher education at a university, community college, or vocational institution.
AFROTC is an in-college program that offers unparalleled leadership training and professional development alongside earning a bachelor's degree in any area of study. The end goal of the program is to provide students with the tools alongside a degree to have a guaranteed job with the U.S. Air Force.
By joining Air Force ROTC in college, students can be nominated by the detachment commander to compete for this scholarship. These options range from 100% tuition to $18,000 per year, along with a book allowance and a monthly stipend.

Army ROTC provides full tuition and fees (or $10K for room and board) scholarships to over 2000 high school students each year. In addition to the tuition and fees, the scholarship pays $1200 annually for books and a stipend of $420 per months (for up to 10 months a year.)
