We are excited to announce a new partnership made possible through a grant from the Appalachian Children’s Coalition. This initiative brings free, professional mental health resources to families in our district, helping parents, guardians, and caregivers navigate life’s toughest parenting challenges.

Free On-Demand Courses & Well-being Resource Library

Through this partnership, families now have access to a comprehensive Mental Health and Well-being Library—completely free of charge. This resource includes over 70 on-demand courses in English and Spanish, created and presented by licensed clinicians. Topics include:

Self-Harm & Suicide Prevention
Bullying & Social Media
Substance Abuse & Grief Support

Parent Coaching – Personalized Support for Your Family

For those seeking one-on-one support, our Parent Coaching service provides expert guidance, structure, and practical strategies to help parents navigate difficult topics. Coaching is:

Available at no cost to you (thanks to the Appalachian Children’s Coalition grant)
