Staff Retention and iPad

'When I looked at some figures about staff retention since we started our one-to-one iPad programme, and I found that the longer the programme went on, the longer teachers were staying in this school. And who knows whether there is a direct link. But I do know speaking to teachers that they love teaching with an iPad. '
