Aleksis Andreitchenko is an emerging artist known for her dedication and enthusiasm across both theatre and Screen. Her most recent projects being student films for both Australian Institute of Technology and Canberra Institute of Technology as well as the role of Wendy understudy and super swing in JM Barry's Peter/Wendy ( dir.Rachel Pengilly) She has recently been involved in the workshop development for the CYT’s Playwright Commission as well as a future development for Green Oak Theatre. Aleksis has lent her hand in leadership opportunities, appearing as workshop artist for Narrabundah College Performing Arts Treasure Island ( dir. Rachel Pengilly), additionally directing a 10 minute interpretation of Dario Fo’s: “Accidental death of an anarchist” for her 2024 graduation project with NCPT. Aleksis was recently nominated for a 2024 CAT award as best supporting actress in a youth production for her role as Leanne in Puffs (dir. Rachel Pengilly) and has undertaken additional training with Canberra Youth Theatre performing an excerpt of Mark Ravenhill’s Citizenship under direction of Luke Rodgers. With an extensive background in classical dance and singing, Aleksis is determined to learn and develop in every theatrical element she can.

Helen McFarlane has a BA in Musical Theatre from WAAPA and spent ten years performing professionally as a cabaret artist at His Majesty’s Theatre in Perth, co-writing and performing in corporate and touring cabaret shows across Western Australia. At The Mill Theatre, Helen performed in the opening production of The Torrents and collaborated with Lexi on the self-devised cabaret Some Like It Marilyn (2010 and 2017), returning to the role again in 2024. She has also worked with acclaimed Australian director Julian Meyrick in Good Works by Nick Enright.Her recent stage work includes performances with Everyman Theatre (Company, Richard III, The Ides of March, Home at the End), ACT Hub (Emerald City, Steel Magnolias, 2022), and Free Rain Theatre’s Mamma Mia! (2021). For Canberra Repertory she has appeared in The Threepenny Opera, Arcadia, Speaking in Tongues, Pride and Prejudice, and delighted audiences by juggling thirteen male roles in the comedy romp The 39 Steps (2017). She also played Dogberry and Don John in Lakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing (2018). Her most recent musical theatre performance was as salsa-dancing cougar Tanya in Mamma Mia! — a role for which Helen received both a CAT Award and a Canberra Critics Circle Award for Best Musical Theatre Performance.

Madeleine Lee is an Australian actor, director, and creative storyteller with experience across film, television, theatre, and commercial productions in Australia and the UK. Her screen credits include Wanted, Underbelly: Badness, and a range of feature films, web series, and commercials. 

As a theatre performer, she has appeared in productions ranging from Shakespearean classics to contemporary drama, with performances at festivals and theatres across Sydney, Canberra, London, and Brighton. In addition to acting, Madeleine is an accomplished director, having led feature films, short films, and stage productions. 

Trained at Sydney Theatre School, NIDA, Screenwise, Actors Centre Australia, specialising in Shakespeare from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and Central School of Speech and Drama, she brings a versatile creative skill set that spans performance, directing, voiceover, cinematography, and movement.

Chipz Jin most recently worked as the Production Stage Manager for Enron at The Mill and has been performing as part of the Dairy Road Players in the Rockspeare: Wars of the Roses series, appearing as King Henry. They have been working as a theatre maker for several years, with a practice that spans performance, stage management, facilitation, and production management.

Chipz has also worked with Rebus Theatre and their credits include Systems and Sanity (Rebus Theatre, 2023) as well as assistant stage management for a range of productions at Mill Theatre and independent festivals. Known for their steady demeanour, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail, Chipz thrives in the dynamic world of live theatre—whether calling cues, wrangling props, or ensuring a cast feels supported.

As an intersectional artist, Chipz is passionate about fostering inclusive and accessible rehearsal spaces where creativity can flourish.

Mark Lee is a British Actor who now lives in Australia. He studied Theatre Production at London Southbank University going on to produce ‘Chatroom’ by Enda Walsh alongside the National Theatre at the Network Rail Theatre, Waterloo (2010). He produced, acted and co-directed Wind in the Willows (2011) for an open air project in East Sussex. Mark stepped further into acting, playing ‘Rat’ in an off west-end production titled ‘Hero’ debuting in (2013) at the Leicester Square Theatre. Followed by playing ‘Duke of Bourbon’ in Henry V at the Putney Arts Theatre in conjunction with RSC open stages. Mark then moved to Australia for the first time, producing, acting and writing a theatrical play discussing mental illness  ‘Life of the Party’ (2014) which was well received at Sydney Fringe Festival whilst also performing as ‘Renfield’ in ‘Dracula’ (2014) simultaneously. Back in the UK in 2018 Mark performed with The Stables Theatre Company where he took on  ‘Norman’ in Ian Hislop’s comedy ‘A Bunch of Amateurs’, which lead to more opportunities and once again returning to the Stables to perform as ‘Flight Lieutenant Andrew Carter’ in ‘Pressure’ by David Haig. Mark debuted at the Mill in the show ‘Terror’ as ‘Major Lars Koch’ by Ferdinand Von Schirach. Then followed it up by playing a variety of characters in Lexi Sekuless Productions show ‘Some Like It Marilyn’ once again at the Mill.  Mark is extremely excited to be working with Lexi Sekuless Productions & The Mill Theatre once again for Henry 6th Part 2.

Richard Manning made his Mill Theatre debut in GOD as Bishop Thiel in 2025. Since then he has performed in the first of the radio play series, The Dear Departed in March 2026. A versatile musician, he has played guitar in Rock, Blues, and Jazz bands—including nine years with The Blamey Street Big Band—and in musicals such as Cats (ANU), Spring Awakening (Phoenix Players), Godspell, and Hello Dolly (Queanbeyan Players).

A long-time drama teacher in Canberra, Richard directed a wide range of Year 10 and Year 12 productions, from Royal Hunt of the Sun to Dust, but it has been since retiring, that he has performed above stage in roles that include Lord Burleigh in Mary Stuart (Chaika Theatre), Ray in Ruben Guthrie (Wander Theatre, 2023 Ovations nominee), Capulet in Romeo and Juliet (Canberra REP), and Steve in August: Osage County (Free Rain Theatre). He has most recently worked with Mockingbird Theatre as Ed in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime and Morgan in The Drawer Boy for which he won a CAT Award for Best Actor in a Feature Role. Richard is beyond delighted to be working again at The Mill.

Graeme Rhodes is an accomplished Australian actor whose career spans more than three decades across theatre, film, television, radio and commercial work. Known for his versatility and commanding stage presence, he has built a body of work that ranges from classical Shakespeare to contemporary Australian drama, alongside an extensive screen career.

Graeme's theatre credits include productions with Sydney Theatre Company, Darlinghurst Theatre, Milkcrate Theatre, Company of Rogues, Impulse Theatre, Harlos Productions, Rattling Tongues Theatre Company and the Grotowski Players. His many stage roles include Before/After, As You Like It, King Lear, Oedipus, The Telling, Cosi, The American Clock, Look Back in Anger and The dYsFUnCKshOnalZ. He has also appeared in Sydney Festival productions including Murder and Blue Invasion, and has performed internationally with Company of Rogues at the Edinburgh Festival.

On screen, Graeme has appeared in feature films including Fangs (2025) and Stephen Wallace's Body in the Yard, as well as acclaimed short films such as The Host, which received IF and AFI Awards and earned an Honourable Mention for acting at the Tribeca Film Festival. His television credits include recurring appearances in Home and Away and guest roles in All Saints, Water Rats, Outriders and Tough Nuts, together with numerous national television and commercial campaigns for brands including IKEA, TPG, NAB, Foxtel, Oral-B, V8 Supercars and Quitline.

His voice work includes ABC Radio's Ray and Ponce, and he has maintained a prolific career in commercial, corporate and educational productions throughout Australia.

Graeme's training reflects his commitment to continual artistic development. He has studied with internationally renowned teachers including Philippe Gaulier, Katy Rubin (Theatre of the Oppressed NYC), Ross McGregor, Michael Dale, Richard Hayes-Marshall, Colin Schumacher and Andrew Lloyd, with extensive training in classical performance, physical theatre, clown, voice, acting for camera and Forum Theatre.

With a career distinguished by its breadth, longevity and artistic curiosity, Graeme Rhodes continues to bring depth, intelligence and generosity to every performance across stage and screen.

Lexi Sekuless graduated from London's Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from their Bachelor of Acting program with first class honours. During her time she learnt acting craft and technique from some of the UK’s top tutors. Her career highlight was performing at the Globe as ‘Lady Anne’ in Richard III for the 2013 Wanamaker Festival. Lexi also performed in Appetite with Miriam Margoyles, Tamsin Greig, Jemma Redgrave and Jason Isaacs. She has worked in both London and Australia with acclaimed director Justin Martin (Prima Facie, The Inheritance) on new play developments, further refining her approach to contemporary performance. Her Shakespeare credits include ‘Julia’ in Two Gentlemen of Verona, ‘Imogen’ in Cymbeline, ‘Titania’ in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and ‘Kent’ in King Lear. In London Lexi also performed as ‘Clytemnestra’ in the Oresteia, ‘Florina’ in Mad Forest, ‘Imogen’ in The Lightning Play, ‘Darlene’ in Balm in Gilead and in her own show about Marilyn Monroe, a version of which returned to Canberra.

Her Australian performances include 'Viola' in Twelfth Night, Prime Minister's Chief of Staff in Secret City: Under the Eagle, ‘Marianne’ in Constellations, ‘Beatrice’ in Much Ado About Nothing, 'Raina' in Arms and the Man, ‘Miss Cannon’ in series 5 of Rake, Dame Enid Lyons in the re-enactment of her maiden speech, and as the voice for Kerry McGinnis' novel The Roadhouse. In summer 2019-2020 Lexi joined Sport for Jove company to appear as ‘Lady Capulet’ in Romeo and Juliet and ‘Malvolia’ in Twelfth Night. 

Lexi was the co-founder of the free Shakespeare by the Lakes season created by Lakespeare & Co. Lexi hosted the weekly live music stream Live In Ya Lounge and produced a live stream production of Richard III. During the pandemic Lexi worked as the Federal Arts Adviser and oversaw the delivery of the $220 million RISE Fund. Lexi is a strong advocate for the industry and is a member of the Australian Theatre Live Advisory Board. 

Lexi now runs Canberra’s newest professional producing venue, the Mill Theatre at Dairy Road. This is the first private enterprise theatre in Canberra with a goal to mature the creative industries in the ACT and offer theatrical experiences as different from Netflix as possible. 

Paige MacDonald is stage manager who is getting their foot into the theatre world in the role of Deputy stage manager. They are back at the Mill Theatre improving their skills and growing to be ready for the working world. Paige has wrapped up CiT learning and is moving into full time theatre work in a range of areas to improve their skills in many areas but especially stage managing. Paige has already had the role of stage manager in shows before such as “The Real story of Alice in Wonderland” (2022), “Enron” (2025) and many more. Paige takes pride in the role as deputy stage manager and enjoys getting to know the cast and production team and improving their skills in the whole role. They are excited being in their second role at the Mill Theatre working on the show GOD, they are excited to see the show come to life and be seen by friends, family and the world.
