What an AMAZING recitation program your kids put on. I don't think there was ANY doubt that they brought their A game in all areas. I'm still blown away by how FUN it was to listen to them. I also had NO IDEA that we had so many beautiful voices hiding in these kiddos. I hope you all are as proud of them as I am!
Grammar --
__Complete the "grammar final test" given to you in class like it’s a worksheet. You’re more than welcome to use your book to help you if you can’t remember what a term is. We will correct this in class on Tuesday. You don’t have to correct it yourself.
__Bring your GRAMMAR Teacher’s Manual to turn in to me.
Christian Studies -
__Write an essay telling me what you learned or found most interesting in Christian Studies this year and what you learned specifically about God this year that was most important to you.
Title Your Paper “My Journey With God- 2023”. Please write in complete sentences and try to use as many examples or stories as possible. I can’t wait to hear how God has been present in your life this year. This is your chance to give glory to God. Please don't skimp on this assignment.

Parents of 6th grade students are invited to attend a special 6th grade Recognition Assembly on Tuesday, May 23rd, at 8:25 am. Students will be recognized and commissioned as they make the transition to Upper School.
Closing Ceremony will be at 8:30 on Thursday, May 25. Ceremony Dress is required. This will take place at LEX CITY and will be very similar to Opening Ceremony except that you will take your kiddos home as soon as it is done. Please do NOT send kids with water bottles or bags of any kind. They just need to bring their smiles and their joy!
