The International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) curriculum sets out the requirements for study of the DP.
The curriculum is made up of the DP core and six subject groups.
Made up of the three required components, the DP core aims to broaden students’ educational experience and challenge them to apply their knowledge and skills. (IBO.org)
IB Diploma Program Subject Briefs
Subject Briefs include information about each course's core requirements, aims, and assessment. Each subject publishes a full and comprehensive Subject Guide that can be requested by emailing Mr. Derek Allison (IB Coordinator) at dallison@lexington1.net.
In the IB Diploma Program, candidates are enrolled in six IB courses, Theory of Knowledge, complete an Extended Essay and CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service). Candidates choose courses from the two different levels (HL and SL), and are only allowed to study up to 4 HL subjects at any one time.

Pamoja Education (Virtual) Courses - Pamoja Education courses are available on a limited basis (by application only*) for students to take. Pamoja Education courses are taken using a virtual platform and time will be scheduled for students to complete their online coursework.
