The Robins have truly blossomed into spring this term with a burst of energy and curiosity!
We kicked off our learning with a lively discussion about the changing seasons. Inspired by our talk, we ventured outdoors to hunt for the first signs of Spring. The children put their budding photography skills to excellent use, capturing beautiful images of the season's arrival. We were so impressed with their keen eyes and creative compositions!
However, the absolute highlight of our term so far was the visit from our local firefighters! The excitement was palpable as the firefighters arrived, and the children were brimming with thoughtful questions. We learned so much about the important role of a firefighter and got to see their impressive gear up close.
The excitement continued as we explored the fire engine outside. We even had the thrill of sitting inside! The real fun began when we all had a go at squirting water from the powerful hose – what a splash! To top it all off, we were treated to the sound of the sirens as the firefighters departed, leaving us with lasting memories.
The Robins have been enthusiastic learners, and we're looking forward to more exciting adventures as the Spring term continues.
