English -  Children have been writing a narrative based on a short video titled 'The Present' focusing on using figurative language to create the atmosphere.

Maths -  We have been revising a variety of maths topics ready for SATS.  Children have been using practical resources and completing scavenger hunts outside.

Art -  Children have been introduced to the new topic of 'Shadow Puppets' and have been learning about the history of these and how they are created.

Science -  Children have been learning about vertebrates and the five categories of vertebrates thinking about their characteristics.

English -  Next week children will be focusing on presentation while they write up their narrative based on 'The Present'.

Maths -  Children will be completing their SATS next week.

Art - Planning their own shadow puppets based on Traditional Sikh Tales.

Science - Continuing to think about different living creatures and how they are categorised.
